With the widespread use of plastics for construction, automobiles, electric appliances, aircraft, ships, there is an increasing need for flame retardancy in consideration of safety in the event of a fire.
CS chemical has original technologies such as polymerization using monomers with flame retardant structure, cross-linking to prevent surface migration and deterioration of adhesive strength without simply mixing flame retardants. With these know-how, the existing blending technology has fundamentally solved the problem of relaxing the adhesive and lowering its physical properties.
We meets MS300-08, a combusitible standard for automobile interiors without using halogen compounds that generates enviromental hormones that cause carcinogenesis, skin diseases, reduced immunity, birth defects, etc.
It is a water based non halogen flame retardant and has no environmental hazards.
It has excellent internal cohesion and adhesion because there is no deterioration in properties due to flame retardant migration.
